Meep?
Caveat Lector: If you expect this to be other than frivolous, slightly obscure, and indicative of a low position on Maslow's hierarchy of needs, you're on the wrong page.
Things I desire in my (non)life:
- A continuance of the armistice on the Korean peninsula.
- A healthy growing lizard and health to family and friends and folk.
- Notebooks, pens, decent student acrylics, and Copic markers in whatever quantity.
- Anything from my Amazon.com wishlist.
- Dover gift certificates; at their prices, even a $10 certificate would result in two books plus shipping all covered by the certificate. Nifty stuff: language, literature, math, physics, paper dolls, art reference.
- The Art of Amy Brown, because she does gorgeous work and the softcover book would be a feast for the eyes.
- Dan's Chocolates are always welcome. Heck, any chocolates are always welcome. Also, I long to taste violet marmalade and candied violets.
- Random software for my Mac: Anime Studio or Toon Boom Studio for 2D animation.
- In the someday, but not-in-the-foreseeable-future department: a lap harp, a hammered dulcimer, a lute (Renaissance music!), Uilleann pipes (if I could find an instructor), a lu sheng (the only affordable one of the bunch). Yes, I play too many instruments at an "entertain your friends" level, but I'm addicted.
- Logic Studio (only $500 for all of that!), Reason, Notion, NoteAbility Pro. Yes: I am entranced by music production software.
- More meeping!
